Driver eligibility
Drivers must satisfy the eligibility stated in the confirmed rental agreement.
Minimum age
تحدد SIMAN CAR الحد الأدنى لعمر السائق لكل إيجار ويجب تأكيده.
Driving-licence requirements
يجب تأكيد رخصة قيادة سارية ومدة حيازتها المطلوبة.
Identification documents
The driver must present the identification and driving documents requested in the confirmed agreement.
Vehicle availability and reservation confirmation
Every website submission is a request. A reservation exists only after SIMAN CAR verifies availability and confirms it.
Rental period
The agreed pickup and return times define the rental period. Extensions require prior approval.
Prices and payment
Prices, accepted payment methods and due dates are those in the confirmed quotation and rental agreement.
Security deposit
يعتمد مبلغ وطريقة الضمان على السيارة وعقد الإيجار المؤكد.
Fuel policy
تعاد السيارة وفق مستوى وسياسة الوقود المسجلين عند الاستلام.
Mileage
توضح المسافة المشمولة ورسوم الكيلومترات الإضافية للسيارة أو العرض المؤكد.
Pickup and return inspection
Vehicle condition and fuel level should be recorded with both parties at pickup and return.
Traffic and parking fines
The renter is responsible for fines and charges attributable to their rental as provided by the signed agreement.
Accidents and damage
Accidents, theft or damage must be reported promptly using the procedure in the rental agreement and insurance documents.
Insurance
يجب التحقق من التغطية والاستثناءات ومبلغ التحمل في العقد المؤكد.
Prohibited uses
The vehicle may not be used unlawfully, by an unauthorized driver, for racing, towing or outside agreed territory.
Additional drivers
Every additional driver must be declared, approved and included in the rental agreement.
Late returns
يجب الإبلاغ عن التأخير وقد تترتب عليه رسوم موضحة في العقد.
Cancellation and modification
ترد شروط الإلغاء والتعديل في العرض وعقد الإيجار المؤكدين.
Airport and hotel delivery
تعتمد رسوم التسليم على السيارة والمكان والترتيب المؤكد.
