Identification documents
The driver must present the identification and driving documents requested in the confirmed agreement.
Vehicle availability and reservation confirmation
Every website submission is a request. A reservation exists only after SIMAN CAR verifies availability and confirms it.
Rental period
The agreed pickup and return times define the rental period. Extensions require prior approval.
Prices and payment
Prices, accepted payment methods and due dates are those in the confirmed quotation and rental agreement.
Security deposit
Le montant et le mode de caution dépendent du véhicule et du contrat confirmé.
Fuel policy
Le véhicule doit être rendu selon le niveau et la politique de carburant notés au départ.
Mileage
Le kilométrage inclus et les frais supplémentaires figurent sur le véhicule ou devis confirmé.
Pickup and return inspection
Vehicle condition and fuel level should be recorded with both parties at pickup and return.
Traffic and parking fines
The renter is responsible for fines and charges attributable to their rental as provided by the signed agreement.
Accidents and damage
Accidents, theft or damage must be reported promptly using the procedure in the rental agreement and insurance documents.
Insurance
La couverture, les exclusions et la franchise doivent être vérifiées dans le contrat confirmé.
Prohibited uses
The vehicle may not be used unlawfully, by an unauthorized driver, for racing, towing or outside agreed territory.
Additional drivers
Every additional driver must be declared, approved and included in the rental agreement.
Late returns

Cancellation and modification
